I honestly can’t remember a time when I felt more tired than I do now. Not even after staying up late, waking up early to workout, and then going all day long. What’s changed you ask? Having to use my brain. I know that sounds really bad, like I never used my brain before. Well I’ve never had to use it like this, use it for college. I am eating healthy, taking my vitamins, getting regular exercise and plenty of sleep at night. Regardless of the this daily routine, I am still exhausted. I told my mom how my coffee consumption has gone from a cup a day to 2 cups. She threw her head back and laughed her contagious laugh. She told me about how one of her friends got hooked on coffee while she was in school and never got of it. Why is it that learning is excruciatingly exhausting? Is it because I’m not in the fresh 18-22 age category anymore? Is is because I am just “weak sauce” as my brother would put it? Or maybe learning new things makes everyone feel this tired. FYI Chris is feeling my pain, so I know I’m not the only one! Any suggestions, home remedies, sympathies, questions, comments, concerns…?
PS Happy first day of October!
